Really diggin my S.Berry S.Cake Radio/CD's I bought on Clearance at Wally World a cpl. a seasons ago.

Ive got a Batman TV and VCR.. mayeb this stuff wont be able to be manufatured to this quality standard? Things are changing.

The quality you perceive is probably due to clever construction using very few pieces.This makes it kid safe which was probably the reason for it's design.I've noticed many of the themed portable boomboxes are made by Emerson.The Hello Kitty and Nascar boxes I saw recently at thriftstores come to mind.Neither of them incorporated the actual shape into the units theme as with your strawberry box.I'm interested to know what manufacturer is listed on the boxes ID plate.Maybe another Emerson model?
