I think the seller Donramon in Los Angeles, on ebay is a little ridiculous for the asking prices of some of his boomboxes. Granted he has some grails, but look at the condition! Would be difficult to sell in mint. Like the Fisher PH492 for 999.99 buy it now!!! WTF. They are beat up. What do you guys think?

It's funny tho... That Telefunken's been on eBay for almost a year... at the same price!!! I guess dude doesn't care if those boxes sell or not. I don't know about eBay listing fees, but he's probably spent more money on that already than what he wants for the box (Telefunken). But hey, that's his prerogative - he can do what he wanna do.

ive won a box from him b4, i thnk it was a rising 20/20 packing was crappy and smelled like old cigs. every once in a while has some dope stuff but the ones he has up right now are to high. i think he got a glimpse of the ghetto world and the krazy $$$ we all spend sometimes. so to each there own i guess. he'll just be holding on to them for a while longer. yes he is in la la land the downtown area.....

True!!I also got a Wards Airline box from him cheap, and was filthy but I knew that. Yeah it stunk toooooo. Hey, dont get me wrong,I would love to get 500 bucks for my Fisher 492 and it waaaaaay nicer than his, but I wouldnt think I would get close to it. A fool born everyday tho.

Cant understand why people do this,its clear that everyone is laughing at those prices,more embarrassing than greed..

Well after looking at all the boxes he has for sale and what shape they are in, I actually think the Technics is pretty nice. I do like this unit even tho no batteries. Its the cleanest of all.
