Help with info about my 931.

just got my Lasonic 931. Does anyone know if this is one of the 2nd of 3rd issues? you can see my box in the boombox collections under my new box. I remember the one I had back in 1988 as square and having 2 antennas. this one is a bit different. Help????

Hello JD,yes your right,the square one is the MK-1,with twin ariels,that one you just got is the 931-MK2,i had that model,i sold it on ebay a while ago,i thought it looked a bit odd at first but once i got used to it,i liked it alot,i liked the sound of mine,had plenty of bass but i think it just lacked treble slightly..
you got yours for nothing,so it does'nt matter,enjoy that box Smile

its funny that you say that ghetto...cause the i931 its just the opposite from that 931-mk2 the "I" its more treble than bass...if this is so since the I are in same design body wise...i wonder what can you use from that 931-mk2 to make it more bass on the I..maybe the back cover??
