a sharp gf8585 for 99p? youve got it! ebay deal. the young lad even delivered it for me. looked fairly rough in the picture, but i was incredibly surprised when i clapped eyes on her.she isnt mint, my friends, but boy- shes a million miles from scruffy. anyways i felt guilty about buying it for 99p and the dude bringing me it all the way from leeds- i was that proud i gave him a tenner for petrol too!
and i mean it, she sounds fantastic- by the way, do the grilles detach on this model- mines the 8585e. it looks like they do.
right- im after a 9494 next i think. then we'll see!!!!

I have a Sharp GF- model in my collection, but a lower numbered one (the GF-3939)-don't know if that model was available in the UK.

yeah, A.A, know the one- i think the lowest one us brits got was the 4343, one below my 4646. your 3939 is quite a nice little box though- seen pics of them.
