First I have to tell you that I live in redneck Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I am originally from Vancouver, BC and it's a great city and nobody is closed minded and ignorant.

So I head down to the "cool" street in Edmonton called Whyte Avenue. And believe me it ain't cool. It's the typical street that is full of nightclubs. And at night its full of douchebags with Ed Hardy tees on.

Me and my buddy are rockin the box up and down the street and many people are loving it. Getting lots of great comments etc. Not one person, not even old ladies complained, made a disgusted face or even plugged their ears. I had it pretty loud but no louder than anyones stereo in their cars driving by or even close as the Harley Davidson's ripping by at 120db's.

I am just walking back to my car and I stop on the curb at a red light and this bicycle cop rolls up and says, and I quote... "turn that fukkkkin thing down!". I responded by asking why? He said "This isn't a concert". My buddy and I started laughing at him and I turned it down a bit. I asked the cop why he isn't stopping the guys riding the Harley's up and down the street. (There is a donut shop on that street and they all hang out there with their bikes.)He said that was none of my business. I laughed again and walked away.

This street even has cops being paid to stand around and make sure nobody drops a cigarette butt on the ground. What a great waste of my tax money. Go bust a drug dealer!!!
The thing that makes me mad is that I pay taxes, I don't drink, I don't do drugs, I have no criminal record and I guess I could be considered a "model' citizen....lol. It just pisses me off when a city wastes my time and tax money with bogus bylaws etc.

But believe me I actually enjoyed having a cop telling me to tell me to turn it down. I felt like a rebel teen again....lol

If I was back in Vancouver this wouldn't have happened. I can't wait to move back there.

I took out the JVC RC-M70.

The cops here are so lame. Well I guess its the city telling them to enforce those useless bylaws. Either way ..... they both blow.

I used to skate back in the day and I had many run ins with cops and rent-a-cops.

This is from the other day. It started to rain so I had to duck into a bus stop.

Didn't want to get the box wet.
