Now, If you look at the pics, it does not seem to be the same 9696 in all pics. You can really tell by the arials... Ends are not on the first pics and on the other pics it has the ends. ?????????

It's the 26W and the 40W versions, it says it all in the text. Two boomers for the price.

Also, both boxes have issues. Consider them both parts boxes.

I sent the seller a mail to ask for the shipping costs and he replied.

Strange auction. Second highest bidder went only 1,01 € higher than you.
The one you have , is that a 26 W version too?
The one i bought before ( for the power supply transplant ) is a 26 W version too.
Next on my hit list this year , the GF 1000

No.... I got the 40 watter........ I REALLY want the 26 watter now.... And I missed it!

I thought the consensus here was that the 40W wasn't any different than the 26

It looks a bit differen but they are the same
They both use the HA 1392 , so the power output is 2 X 7 Watt for both of them

And it is the "LOOKS" for me!!!

The 40 watter is great!!! But the finish (the colours of the grills and the black around the speakers) does it for me!!!!!!!

I will get one one day!!!!!!!!!!

I did get to hold one for a few hours a few years back, so I know I like it!!!!!!!

It looks like you have to get a GF 508 SB , Brian.Peppin has one for sale by the way

Hummmmm... Yeah..... Na, really rather a nice 9696 26 watter.... All black Bboxes, in the brand name Sharp, are no go....for me....

I got rid of all my dark coloured Sharps and only kept the silver ones, except for the ones I made into MiniDisc players.
