picked up my 9090 yesterday and is a briliant box lots of bass and very loud paid nothin for it in the end !!!Went to the boot sale and picked up this massive late box made by hitachi,I only got it to sell as this is not my bag!! but it's packed with spot on features like auto reverse and high speeding dubing and also a spectrum analyzer plus graphic eq 5 band. It is huge and takes ten d cells and two aa's ..what do ya reckon is it any good it sounds lovely but too modern !

they look great ! the hitachi is pretty cool for a more modern boomer one of the nicest modern designs i have seen .

i got a nice aiwa csw220 double cassette mini yesterday for 3 quid!and under all the dirt its great.doesnt sound half bad either!ive 2 aiwa minis now, and my sanyo mini, and ive still got my vz coming this week!
btw that hitachi sounds cool- cant see the pics cos of library machine, but if its 80s and square, its cool!!!!!!!!!

I have a '9090, it has a lovely sound but could do with a tad more bass. It is a small box though. I really like that Hitachi 3-piece box, I wouldn't mind it myself actually, I really want a box with a spectrum analyser.

Retro Addict make me an offer mate on the hitachi if want it,before I ebay it!!! I've put some tapes innit and put the mp3 into it and the sound is pretty good,interesting i can't work out how too put the radio on!!! it's all too modern for me!LOL
