great, actually- its not too bad condition wise-gonna give it a little clean up as it smells a bit of cigarette smoke, but the one previous owner did warn me shes a smoker.but shes looked after it all told-does need 2 sliders,controls are a bit awkward between the speakers and i have yet to properly test the record deck, but im happy cos ive got the original owners manual, and all the electronics schematics with it too- more importantly-ive finally got a vz!!!!there you go mansion! i said i would, one day!!!!!!!!!

yeah, im proud of course, pitty the parents arent though.screw them.im 32 and still live with the folks.i should be with my girl and my little girl, but thats too long a tale.
i hope to get my missus's camera on sunday, and finally post some pics.
i have inspected the record deck, dunno-makes a motor noise,makes all the right sounds etc but the record doesnt play?!could the belt be to blame perhaps?
ill post it up in the tech section,get some advice i think.
my only criticism still is that for the size of the speakers (they look massive with the red rings/cones on) there doesnt seem to be that much bass-the handbook and back plate reckon its got 60 watts! i dont think it sounds like that much!what do we all think?

new score-hell yeah!- philips d8304 moving sound machine in yellow and black, just 10 quid!
just scored it an hour ago, so no idea how it sounds, etc, just know it looks good.bought it from a charity shop near me,and for a change it wasnt the bhf.
so things are looking up, chaps!
