the sound quality of the tape is excellent, only thing not working at the minute is the cd player but i have a technician looking at it next week. he thinks he can get it working for pennies
was my car stereo for a while.
Very nice unit! Great that you can get it fixed cheap!

glad you like them both. im located on the south west coast of the uk, the car emigrated to the uk with its owner in 1985 and got it last year.. its an 83 lx.
Very nice VW
Love those classic cars.
I own this LADA Nova:
oldskool ladas rock!
excellent stuff!
The Golf is very nice (my wife had a mk2 & has never liked anything as much since), bu tI'm really talking about that 3D Hitachi, of course
The top of the range of the 1st generation 3Ds, this one, a real heavyweight in every way. This was from a time when you could slap an enormous price tag on anything with a CD player, & Hitachi piled on the toys with this one. On paper, it's the beefyist Hitachi 3D in terms of power, & the features are excellent. 5 band EQ & proper aux/phono in... oh it's lovely. Listen to me, getting all misty-eyed - only when it's a 3D hitachi eh? I MUST sort mine all out for a photo shoot soon. Maybe when it stops bloody snowing...
i whole heartedly agree with everything you have said there isolator
i also had a mk2 a while back also, great cars
im selling this 3d now, a mate has selling one of his boxes (which i'm keeping secret at the minute
and i have a car m.o.t to pay for too.
i never got round to fixing the c.d player as i just used it to play my old tapes on. she is for sale for £50 if anyone is interested?
cheers, ben.

haha its just an old sharp one, nothing special just that i had one the same when i was a wee lad into breakdancing. it has two aerials and has very loud and clear sound... i have been trying to convince him to sell me his pride and joy but just got denied, it has a built in synth thing (the name escapes me but have seen a picture on here of one).
lav loo - i will give adespin a pm, cheers.
bendycat - nice to see a fellow golfer, i have had a few mk2's also. if you let my tyres down you would be doing me a favour, i can't drive it till i get paid next month as it has no tax. got 12 months mot now though

i had a gf990 up until recently, the sequencer thing is pretty wacky you could do some interesting stuff with it/
had a golf too, mk2 driver. was a great car, it was a part of my life i look back at with fondness.
