I realise that new regulations on these forums state that members can only link eBay auctions that are their own, but I really do need to post this. I've found this one on eBay UK and it has an extra light and an LED meter. Here is the link to the auction.

deffinetly new to me

it also misses the bars in front of the outer speakers that most 777 have, aswell as it has chrome-caps on the outer speakers.
i think we'd need the BBDB-knowledge to find out what the "e" stands for, since nearly all 777 i've seen spot a "Z". so maybe the "e" is the key
interesting find for sure R.A. & thanks for sharing - totally new to me too.

i think the l.e.d job were self done,d.i.y job,and the missing bars,i think the guy may or may not have probebly snapped them off himself "why,i've no idea" but who ever snapped them, they ruined it !! and the bass look like replacements, but they look like cheapo bass..

even
if that's the case there's still the extra-light on the left side of the LED-meter which looks factory and is not featured on "normal" 777s.

I hadn't noticed the missing bars, or the chrome caps!
I was just focusing on the LED meter!

The super woofers look original to me from behind those grilles.
We really do need to research this version of the GF-777, it really is an unusual one. I think member isolator42 has a GF-777
E, we must ask him if his is like that.

i just looked at mine,the one i've got is a GF777E,but its just the normal beast,no led's..
yes R.A,the missing bars make it look horrible, and those tiny chrome dustcaps on the outer bass make it look cheap..but the extra led's on the tuner scale look interesting..
I ahve to agree.... it HAS to be "Home Added"

I'm still intrigued about that extra LED between the APLD system and the meter, it looks original, and 'normal' versions of the 777 don't have it.
No other GF-777's I've seen have this LED. What is it?

it looks original
true, and that could be backed up by the marking right under it (if I see correctly).
