Who was first with condensor mics ?

This made for a complete portable recording package,(aka the Boombox)....record off the radio, input source or inboard mics.

Didn't they all have mics, wasn't this the point?

Many of the early units had only a jack for plug in mics, such as JVC In 1970. In 1971 Sony introduced their condensor mic in the CF-550, but were they the first on the market ?
