in his description is no information about payment or paypal. You have to ask him, I guess.

Btw. he says fully working with some small signs of usage.

I will ask him that question..one thing i cant work out,on ebay,in uk and usa,as a seller,its become manditory that you have to accept paypal as one of the accepted payments,but it does`nt seem to be the case on ebay.de..
Its difficult to buy anything because i dont do bank transfere or money order..too risky..

Bank transfere to risky? How are you paying your bills???

Trust me mate..Paying bills is alot different than paying for a ghetto blaster on ebay..
if i bought something from germany and payed through bank tranfere,then the radio either does`nt turn up,or turns up alot worse than discribed,i have`nt got a leg to stand on,all i could do is give negative feedback..Least with paypal i`m marginally protected..with bank transfere,its pay and hope for the best..

Because it is risky,not just risky,but very risky..if something goes wrong you lose everything with no back up,least with paypal,theres someone there to sort the mess out..

I emailed him to ask if he would ship to uk,he said "sure no problem"
Then i sent him another asking if he will accept paypal,no reply..2 days ago..

Hardly anybody in Germany uses Paypal. It sucks really. I've been ripped off a couple of times and there's nothing you can do about it. German listings are notoriously dodgy too. They 'seem' to miss out A LOT of imformstion and you often end up with something FAR WORSE than described.

But we're not ALL bad.

i dont think there is any fail safe way of paying for things in germany tbh. i generally hold germans in high regard as the ones i have met have been impeccably mannered and tend to trust them to an extent (despite the 40's...)

if its a cheap win id take a punt but not get too hung up on it if you dont win. just throw in a last minute bid see what happens?
