I tend to be a compulsive collector. My significantly better half (wife) would use much more colorful words. My philosophy is I collect what I like not for an investment. that said I don't want to be a fool. Are there any good books, web sites (besides this one) that can help me with information on getting started. I have a couple of small items already I have from days gone by.

Yes, I would imagine that some of the verbiage we collectors might use will not quite match the verbs used by our loved ones about our obsession hobby, but you will find all the "appropriate" verbiage and answers to all things BBX, right here.
