Wow, what type of belts?
Flat, square, round?

there's got to be every type, flat, square, capstan, idler wheel tyre, and a massive size range
Very kind of you to offer them up!
I may well need a couple. Thanks again for the offer.

hey if one one knows all belt sizes for say a gf777 or a conion or say an m90 or m70 or any popular bbox i could get whole belt set together to who ever wants them
geoffhartwell
what a great idea: a set of M70 belts
Can we get the complete diameter and type(square, flat...) of M70 belts needed? from a member who has good service manual.
I need one set of M70 belts and can pay for postage and handling without problems.
Thanks for the great offer.
Hi i dont need any belts but ist stuff like this and good people like you that makes me glad im a member of this site

...but we don't tell that to the purists out there.
Ooops, already did!
I guess it can't hurt to have an extra belt, just in case. I could use a belt for me Prosonic pqr-9960 and one for the Pannasonic rx-5150. I don't know the length on though
geoffhartwell - 2008-04-08 09:06
i have no flat belts left, but still got plenty of square section left, just pm me with sizes you need
Geoff, your tech sounds like a super guy, thanks for the generous offer!
Elastic bands, lol Retro Addict
!
Trouble with them is they're a bit too stretchy and perish after a while, anything's better than those original Aiwa belts though.
You also have walkman belts??

i take it that walkman belts are thinner than bbox belts. if you know size i'll have a look to see if i got any
Oh, I do not know a size, I was thinking walkman
belts were something on their own or so
maybe we should ask Autoreverser or agentorange

Quality stuff Geoff, that is what this site is all about..
As it happens this is the only time in about 5 years that I have had not needed any drive belts of any kind.! Although if you know the size of the belts on an M90 I will take a good few spares off your hands for the future

unfortunatly i dont have an m90 so i dont know the sizes, and also all the flat belts i had are gone now, only got square section left, but your more than welcome to some of those if you can find out sizes
Cheers Geoff, that's cool buddy, but I am not brave enough to split my M90 just to find out what the belt sizes are!
There aint no way I am breaking factory torqued screws just to find out what belts my M90 takes!
If it aint broke dont fix it IMO..!
