That's freakin amazing that box arrived undamaged, those models get busted up even when they are packed well. Does make your heart skip a beat when your opening the box and see that kind of packing.

I remember when I bought one years ago NIB I returned to the store and traded it for a smaller but better sound Lasonic 931. But great going geoffhartwell glad it arrived well.

Good catch, I've got one of those and it's a real eye-catching and impresssive looking beast, even my parents were forced to admit it was a cool piece of gear!
To be honest, I don't feel the sound is TOO bad given the right type of material, but the amp just feels like there's no ooomph to it and those colossal speakers are wasted in the hollow, empty void which is that creaky case! Still wouldn't be without mine though

And I thought bad packing on my first bbx sent to me from canada.. WOW!!!!
