Zenith - an american company who made TVs. I remember some film or TV show based around the Whitehouse - all the TVs were conspicuously branded Zenith...
How did they last as long as they did against the Japanese, Korean, etc. electronics giants?

I'm not familiar with Zenith bbxs, but the Trans-Oceanic line of radios (manufactured between 1959-1962) are legendary.
