Nice thread !!!

ALWAYS "the first time" from U2 !!!!!
Then perhaps some track from "the simpsons" first record because the high quality.
Of course, "but seriously" from Phil Collins is mandatory to.

Hey, it looks to me like there´s a lot of olschoolrap and funklovers around. So let me add a newer funky rap to the list:

DJ Vadim - Got To Rock

On of my favourite song at the moment.
It´s very sad, that he´s having cancer. Just a brilliant producer.

Okay, here are a couple of suggestions...
If I were playing new music to test I would try
Duality by Slipknot (that song has ridiculous bass!!)
as far as an old school song I would have to say... On The Loose by Saga Leaving

Iso paid a visit to Agent towers a few years back with one of his crappy 3D units. He put on Herbie Hanccock & I was blown away.

Massive Attack - Mezzanine

that one was recorded so bassy that it seriously devides crappy boxes from good ones (...see the power-led flickering !)...

Shannon - let the music play, Kraftwerk - TEE, so many good tunes...

"crappy 3D" Smile
...you should hear a Kaboom on song, Cris. It's in a different league.

i usualy grab a mixer a analog drum machine and a sampler.
theres only a couple of boomboxes i have that can wistand a analog kick straight of the mixer.
the sonys i have hang in there. pretty much everything else just farts it out.
analog kicks are the bassiest sub bass stuff you can pretty much get.
