It is to me. All the big Lasonic's are for me as, as you'd know, Lasonics are brutally rare 'round our neck of the woods.
I think a mint one is grail-worthy anywhere else on the planet too though.
All depends what you really want and consider important to your collection. But I think an M-90 is the 'ultimate' grail by and large for the majority of collectors... from what I've seen anyway.
I just need to find five grand to make sure I can get one!

I know there's buckets of sycophantic blurb about the M90 on here, but really, you'll be hard pushed to find a better sounding 1pc from a similar age.
I was exercising the deck on mine a few weeks ago - just an old tape with some 80s hair-metal on (Aldo Nova), but I ended up listening to most of the album on it, just sitting there. It's just such a
satisfying listen...
