Hello,
a friend of mine lives in a bad reception area (I'm talking about Spain), and he would like a radio that shows a good reception, especially on FM mode.
I read comments about Grundig Satellit radios, but the good looking models are out of budget and too much big.
Maybe a non Satellit type but Grundig? The budget would be around 25-35 euros and magazine size.
Please, I need some suggests.
Best regards.
Aser.
Realistic SCR-8...WICKED reception and great sound and usually cheap...that's what i recommend

the scr-8 is always a great $$ deal for such a good radio.

it doesn't matter, a little-medium size boombox or a portable. I don't know what is sw, the radio is for listening FM.
Regards.

Maybe you friend can try Tecsun BCL2000 or BCL3000. I have one and it is excellent!
http://www.radiointel.com/review-tecsunbcl3000.htmI have not try redsun rp2100
http://www.radiointel.com/review-redsunrp2100.htm. According to review it is good. Ask your friend to try out
Wow, the RP2100 seems like a great radio, the link you posted are very interesting, thank you.
I've just encountered a spanish web that sells the same radio with another brand name:
http://www.radiocenter.es/index.html?lang=es-mx&target=...tml&lmd=39532.703287The price is good thinking on the only 6 euros for shipping cost within Spain.
I guess this would be the winner. If so, I'll post my impressions for you.
Best wishes.

By the way, I can't resist to buy a Grundig Satellit model for me, it looks pretty and I love Grundig (see my avatar)!
Yes pls do let me know your findings. Btw your avatar is it not a Marantz boombox?
No, it's the great sounding Grundig Party Center 2000, one of the best sounding bboxes, sure!
