Ok after putting down this beast in an earlier post it would seem that it sounds a crap load better out in the open... Just wish it had an input of any kind for i-pod. Guys on site loved it and couldnt believe i only paid 12 bucks for it!!!!

Cool stuff. 12 years ago i was in the HVAC too.
The radio's we brought with us were much smaller. We had to carry so much stuff on the roof , so no big boxes for us.

Totally hear ya eddy but luckily on this roof there is also a small empty redundant plant room to store our gear in so the monster box was the only thing to carry up
