I just picked this up today. It looks kind of cool with how tall it is but its on the thinner side but has big speakers. I found another topic with a photo of what it looks like.

mine has a few marks. on the silver paint area. corners. I was wondering if anyone makes touch up paint?

I think it is a killer box, the looks are different (odd) but the sound is really nice, loud and decent bass. Good pick up on your part. I know i am keeping mine!

I picked it up at a yard sale for 2 dollars. I also picked up an old akai 8 track player recorder. I looked on eBay and they normally go for 150 to 200 dollars for the 8 track recorder (very mint) 2 dollars at church sale. I also picked up a very mint marantz tuner model 2100 (very mint) for 2 dollars at a church sale today and it's worth around $77 or so on eBay. I picked up a 10k gold Hamilton watch at church sale for 50 cents and a 14k gold bracelet for 25 cents at church sale. The watch needs cleaned and lubed, but I got it running. I picked up 6 new reel to reel tapes for 2 dollars for the stack at a yard sale. I did good today. I also picked up a Schwinn 10 speed for $3 worth around 100 dollars if i sell it on craigslist.

I just found the same vintage hemilton gold watch on amazon for $750. I almost sh*& myself. sticker shock.
