Hi everyone-First of all when I was up in Minnesota shopping at Target during Christmas I saw it: Brand new Hello Kitty in the box-I bought that without any hesitation-Cool!!

Now when I was at Goodwill today I picked up a Strawberry Shortcake boombox-only 2.00!!
The c.d. didn't work so I took no time in tearing into this thing-I saw what needed to be done-The c.d.tab that starts it when you close the door wasn't there so I made a makeshift one with a q-tip head and part of it's base.
Wah-La-it works!
Now it wasn't all that easy getting this thing open-6 regular phillips screws and then guess what? A stupid star screw with the center post right in the middle in the battery tray.Well-screwdriver in there trying to take it out-got it out some of the way and then scraped around it until I bent the screw and then I had to do it-broke the post out with the screw still holding it.
No problem-I was careful in my breaking this thing off.
Now I have a fully working Strawberry Shortcake Boombox!!-I'm psyched!

Hi Fatdog-I'll take some photos this weekend-I I Have film but then I have to get it developed-Probably later in the week I'll post them BUT-my computer is sick so I haven't been able to post photos lately.
My Windows is about to crash but am having it fixed real soon.
So if all things go well-I'll at least have photos of a couple later this week.I'll do these 2 first!
