Went round to a mates house today cause he was having a bit of PC trouble....while I was there he mentioned having a look at his new alloys he just bought for his car. They were stacked up in his kitchen and just above them was an Hitachi 8600e.I said I was more interested in his radio, to which he said he never uses it so take it!What a nice blaster.I have the 8200 but this is much nicer!I said to my girlfriend I was only popping out for half an hour. You should have seen her face when I wandered back in with that thing!

hey daazzzoobeeee...kool..its strange because a mate of mine is a builder,he came round the other night and spotted my VZ2000,he said he was doing up n old house about a month ago, said he saw a vz2000 in the seller,he said he tried to claim it and put it in his van to take home, but his boss spotted it and told him to put it back,so i assume its in some cold dark dungeon of a seller some where..
sweet looking box and always nice if there free when your not looking (had the same thing happen with a couple of old bmx's
around a mates garage looking for a car part)
does it look a bit like this one ?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayI...IT&item=270385415370every thing working ?
nice find
Yes,that is the very box.I'm not sure his radio tune knob is original though?Mine is black plastic and his doesn't look quite right.Tried the casette deck last night and no joy.Looks like I'll have to replace the belt.
Way to go Mrdazobee!!! You see what happens when you step out of the house? You get Blessings sent to you!!! You shouldn't have any trouble finding a belt though, that's if the electronic shops in your neighborhood still carrys them.
By the way, I live your Avatar. That looks like a 7' reel. Is that yours?
