bendy i might sell one of the crowns as i said i dont really need 2. went for auction more for the sharp. although gettoman has first dibs as it stands should i decide to sell one

so i picked these up the other day heres some photos, i also got this clairtone from a boot fair from a canadian guy! hella shocked to find this, he had loads of other cool stuff, some electro and hip hop vinyl and some other nice bits of retro tat.

This is a common Thing with the big GFs..Should have seen the state of my Big GF909 (Jap777) that i had shipped from hong kong.. it was mashed,i ended up scrapping it in the end..they just dont travel well at all..and as for the crowns,the problems they get when they have`nt been used in a long time,well everything,bad graphic sliders,non working tape deck ect..thats what happened to my crown..

cheers! it sounded pretty good in the real life but the phone cam thought otherwise.

the crowns are of varying states of good and bad, the one in the sky photo is pretty safe. its complete and sounds good.

the other one has one aerial broken and the stumpy bit it connects to has snapped so its terminally a mono aerial. the other aerial isnt original either. its ok otherwise just needs a clean. also the tape decks were iffy and not earthed properly but i sorted that out.

not sure the eq is working too well as they dont do as much as the other one does. sounds abit flat too. also the speakers are abit yellow. only minor issues i could probably sort out with little work.

the other one is well good tho! sounds bassy and full, the eq controls seem to work better and it has both original aerials and has whiter speakers.

the crack is a bit scandalous in the 767 so i might take the back off and try reset it abit better. took all the stickers off and it looks better for it. couple of switch ends missing but again its minor.

ill be running a turntable out of the 767 in my lounge since its got a phono stage
