I was looking at some photos this morning and noticed how the woofers on the rising looked bigger than the conion tc-999 simply due to the fact that the rising was so much smaller.
So what was the smallest box to feature 8 inchers?
That's a very good question there CD. And yes, the Rising's woofers DO look huge with it's casing as compared to others. There's a medium sized Sony box that's not very tall. Not sure if it's just the grills that make it's speakers look so big. I can't recall the model. It's silver with black grills. Maybe 10"-12" tall X 15" long (approx.).
