Yes, it's a one piece (3-piece look-alike) box in fantastic condition. It's a Tatung TSC 5101. It has twin aerials and 3 band tuner. It has plenty of chrome on it and the nicest, shiniest chrome tweeter coverings I've probably ever seen on a box like this. I'm assuming by the look of it that it dates from about 1982/83, it has a 3-band equalizer and the case is a dark creamy colour. It's similar in size to a Toshiba RT-S782, but a bit bigger I think. I've left it in the shop for now, because I have too many boxes at the moment. I really want this one though. They've reserved it for me, and I'll be able to pick it up between now and next Saturday, when it goes back on the shelf again. I've taken a pic of it on my phone so I can remember what it looked like if someone buys it before I get to it. Can anyone post a pic of this model from the 'base so other people know what the box I'm talking about looks like?

I've studied the pic on my phone, and it hasn't got a 3-band equalizer! It has 5 sliders, the two right ones are volume left and right which I'd noticed when I was looking at the box, and I thought the other three were for an equalizer. This is not the case! The one on the left is mixing volume, and the two remaining sliders are bass and treble. At first glance the sliders could be mistaken for a 5-band equalizer, but close inspection reveals something else! Not to worry, bass and treble is okay. I'm going to pick it up tomorrow, and take my Sanyo C3 in there to make room for the new addition.

I picked up the Tatung today. It's in great condition. The real chrome trims round the woofer grilles and tweeters are lovely. I've cleaned up one side and I can see my face in the trims! It has a very clear and bassy sound too! I'll post pics shortly, and this model can then be added to the 'base!
