Does anyone have a picture of both a Sony CFD 770 and a CFD 765?

Panabox,I have a picture of my CFD770 in this old collection post. I bought the 770 new,but I don't own it anymore. I do have the owners manual though. Old collection thread

Thanks skippy! That looks like a really nice one. I don't hear too many talk about the Sony's. How did it sound bass wise?

It sounded awesome,and it was loud too. Very heavy and loaded with features. You could highspeed dub from cassette to cassette or cd to cassette and lots of other cool stuff.

How did it compare to a Panasonic dt680 or the dt75? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just really interested in this sony and would love to find one.

I think the CFD770 sounds more "detailed' than the DT680. I've not heard a DT75 yet,so I could'nt tell you that. The bass pounds pretty hard on the CFD770 and the highs are smooth.

Thanks for the heads up skippy! I wouldn't have known this was for sale if it wasn't for you keeping me in your thoughts. Thanks for that!! I just bought that one for $50 dollars. It does need some work though, hopefully it won't cost too much.

I think that as of now I am pretty satisfied with my collection: 2 RX-DT680's, a Sony CFD-758, an RX-DT75 and now this Sony CFD-770. I will now direct my funds towards upgrading my 680. When I receive the Sony, I'll let you know how it compares. Thanks again!!
