Definitely gives me a bit of hope at actually owning one! That's an amazing bargain if the condition description in the listing is accurate...hell, even if it isn't accurate it's still a massive bargain.

I can't recall the last time one was sold that cheap with the cassette door intact and not being a complete POS.

I bought mine on Ebay, w/o the cassette door but otherwise operational for $300 about 3 years ago.

That's very cool. Def agree With Pan Fan,Ea One I've Seen Has Sold For At Least Double in The Last 6-8 Months. There was one i saw in a Thrift store here the guy was smart,would not sell it to me for a 200.00 offer,it was allready up on ebay,i think it sold for like 750.00

Yes I can. I got mine from Ebay that was 20 minutes away from my house. He allowed me to pick it up and the only thing missing was, THE CASSETTE DOOR. I paid 285.00. And when I met him to pick it up 2 weeks ago, his Mom drove him. He was 15 years old!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW was this clean with the spare tape holder, both antennas straight, ant bottom cassette working. Other than the door missing I would have to give it a strong 9.0. I LOVE IT. I had to ask what this 15 year old kid paid for it. He said the he saw it earlier in the day at a LOCAL flea market and when he was ready to leave he asked the guy if he still had it and he said yes. How much do you want? 15 bucks the guy said. yes 15 dollars. Dam. Truly a 9 on a scale of 1-10. Both feet nice and intact and looks like it was never outside. I could never come across a deal like that. But I wasnt too pissed to get it for 285.00. But he got it for 15.00 and said he wanted to sell it so he could but a bicycle. I think this is my favorite box, FOR NOW!!!!!!
