What´s your favourite brand?

litfan - 2008-11-04 11:32

No probs there tim. It`s still on my bedroom floor. Had it working when i came out of rehab. It`s caked in 8 months worth of dust .

bredgeo - 2008-11-04 11:36

Well Tim.... If it had been a few months earlier it would have been yes (when I was in England), but it is not a possibility any more... Sorry.. For you and me!

AIWA

Probably G.E..It's just a sentimental attachment to some models though. There are really too many nice boxes to single a brand out based on the boxes themselves. Also, quality also varied with all the manufacturers through the years making it a difficult call on brand name alone.

weylandyutani - 2008-11-04 23:46

Sanyo,sanyo,sanyo,sanyo,sanyo,sanyo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 9998,9994,9990 bloody brilliant!

It is hard to pick but im going to go with Sharp. I think the GF series look great.

I have nothing to say

isolator42 - 2008-11-05 04:13

Panasonic, then JVC.

...not Hitachi Red Face

IMHO, Panasoniuc have been the most impressive all round performer over the years. They always ran with the best & still make something worth buying now. JVC follow close behind for the same reason.

geoffhartwell - 2008-11-05 05:49

sharp all they way for me, good range of boxes

prime - 2008-11-05 14:44

Hi-It's a tie between the 2 for top:Sharp & JVC-then almost as much-Sanyo.
Haven't heard the Telefunken in person then I feel that might be #1!
