A question for the ebay-profis:

I bought one month ago a box for a friend at ebay.at!
I got it for about 20euros.
I send the money with a order for remittance.
Then the seller does nothing.
I wrote him about 4 mails over ebay, when he will send the box.
No answer at all.
What can i do?
Can ebay help me?
It´s not much money, but the fried and i´m angry about no box and no answer why!

Don't wait too long you have 45 days to file a dispute you can call ebay or email them!

If you used PayPal, eBay will direct you to file a claim with them. Hope it gets worked out.

I would suggest to have a look at the ebay community. There are lots of members helping each other on problems like this.
If you didn´t use paypal ebay support wouldn´t help much. After winning the bid you and the seller have got a contract. If he´s not sending the radio you just can give him a red feedback on ebay and got to the police.
