I have the oportunity to get one & It looks nice.

What do you all know about these if anything ?

These probably aren't very common, so it's possible that no one who's read this thread has one.

I recently bought one on eBay, but it hasn't arrived yet. When it does (in a few days, hopefully), and I've had a chance to fiddle with it, I'll post some comments. It looks the same as yours (I haven't done a close a-b comparison of the two photos), except for the equalizer and the dark color.

they dont sound very good. very low grade. it looks better then it sounds i have a couple of variants

It was removed with no bids... I assume an off ebay deal was made.

It was the black and gold edition... Like yours I think?

Had the tag hanging off of it and everything!

I cant remember what openning bid was... wait... I do because I bid... I think it was $9.99... and if memory serves, it was a bulk ebay seller, not one of us.

The boombox was sold to an S2G member.
I don't think I overpaid for a used one. (Hope I'm not just rationalizing on this one.)

Yes, I will make time for that!! I am going to also bring along my coveted King's Point AM/FM - 8-Track- Record Changer to really get things going. Seriously tho, I have a Kings Point PS-420 Which looks to be the silver version of this minus the EQ. It's one of those relabled 20 times boxes but I actually think its pretty well made and sounds decent. This looks like the same case only in black but does look a bit cheaper made. Speakers look the same. Anyhow, it's pretty much new so I ask myself, how many chances will you get anymore at something like that. Kings Point!!!... Kings Point!!!... Kings Point!!!! (sorry, I was preparing my chant for the rally)

By the way, this lady was a bit off. She first had it at 9.99 and I had asked a few questions about it. She replied with how many questions and how much activity it had and that she had had offers for it. Then she removed it and put up a BIN for $154.99. I was about to snatch it (but had to get permission 1st you know how that is) Five minutes later she jacked it up to $174.99 BIN w/ no best offer option. I sent another email letting her know I just saw it for $154.99 and was ready to buy it and basically asked her what gives? She responded and said she added a best offer and put in an auto acceptance for me at $150 since I had seen it for that price already. So that's the scoop on this one. Hope it doesn't suck as bad as everyone is saying.
