The smallest Philips - the D 8000

Jow

Just found a new micro-tape-bbox, the smallest Philips ever produced. Nice production quality - metal finish, lot's of goodies, clock with timer, and the best thing: tape-counter comes on the LCD-diplay (!) ... sounds good, for this size ...

If you ever find one, get it!

Best wishes
TOM

Hey nice score , saw this one a week ago on german ebay, but i dont have any microcassettes.

Sure it sounds good, it´s a Philips Smile.

Hey, very lovely babybox. Razz
With microtape it´s a very rare unit.
Strange why they don´t built it with Spatial Stereo (there exists smaller boxes than this with S.S.)! Confused

But it´s a PHILIPS!
So you can´t go wrong! Big Grin

Nowadays there`s still a cooperation between Philips and Hitachi and LG/Goldstar in developing flatscreen devices.
A lot of Loewe tv sets are similar with Hitachi tv sets.[Hitachi VT-S895E (similar Loewe OC 985 H),speaker aka`s: Hitachi HOPM3 similar Types: Philips 4822-691-30327]
