Just when i thought i'de seen it all with the rubbish overcomplicated Aiwa 990 deck,i then go and buy a Pioneer SK606,and ohh dear,what a sh*t deck this is,undo the back plate to the cassette deck to try and get to the belts and you get,springs pinging off all over the place,play spool attatched to the back plate and inter-twined with other cogs attatched to the front half of the deck that dont come with it,soldered wires..belt type and size that i've never seen before..

Thanks mate...I think I would have passed on that one lad....im quite suprized the deck is so complicated on her though...

i wish i would have passed on it now aswell,its nicer than it looks though,its got the trap door on top with bass/treble and some other functions,the deck is'nt totally manual,play and stop are electronicits got a weighted tuner dial..

Nice....you need an sk909 lad...not the best box for bass but it will eat a 555 for breakfast soundwize...they have lovely highs....I still can't get over my tosh...im not sure when it was listed cuz i have been looking for days...never saw it..then today Bam
