In short: nothing at all 

It's well featured, beautifully finished & sounds very impressive (like that B&W Zeppelin thing). Styling is subjective & opinion-based, so I'll give that one a swerve.

...& yes, the speakers look nice, but the complete lack of any protection whatsoever is a deal breaker for me. IMHO, it's just unrealistic to assume the drivers on a *portable* audio device are never going to need any protection at all. How would you pack this in the car for a holiday? Bloody carefully, that's how 

I've seen too many naked "look at my lovely subwoofer" installations ruined with a bag casually flung in the boot/trunk.

I think it looks quite cool though!

I agree (just my humble wossname).
Even the brand is cool, but it's no good unless you want a stand-it-on-a-shelf-at-home talking point. Those fully exposed drivers make it about as rugged as a box of eggs.
