As I dont seem to be getting anywhere just asking for the crown dial so Im trying to figure out possible matches so I can put this box into full use, on examination the dial off a Sanyo M9990L will fit perfect with a little modification, how close athesteticly it is I dont know and Im not cutting that one up though as my M9990L I wish to restore aswell.

Any help would be much appreciated as Im rather fond of the style of this box and Id like to get it in good shape again.

Thanks for the photo james but its the otherside of the dial I need to see, basically I need to see what its detail is like so if I have to adapt another dial I can try and make it look right.

So you are trying to find a tuning knob that will fit on your 950?

am guessing that if I was to take the tune knob off of the 950 I have here & compare it against the various radio's here an see which one that this would also fit upon, to give you a greater idea as to which "Other knob's of radio's" that this would also fit? that maybe you could locate to use for your 950?

That would be a massive help james and I would be very grateful if you could as it will save me alot of question asking and googleing, I just need to find something that fits and looks right.

Realistic SCR-8 tune knob from this fits perfectly but the Crown 950 knob wont fit on the realistic as the outside diameter of the shaft of the crown is just a bit larger than the realistic picture's in a little while, ok?

Tried

other Realsitic radio's but they all have different knob styles so these are the three best one's I could find for this application

Thanks for doing that for me James, hopefully Ill find something quite quickly now I know what Im looking for.

well that took quite a bit of loooking and such also trying to keep with the Chrome of this knob as I thought I found other's but of a different color and approx same diameter but they just didnt work or look the same & in my search I found that there is quite a few different knob's and shaft-connection's or put another way there is not so many equal's amoung other brands to each other... so to search for another brand, knob, reason, would entail the same time consuming search once again as NOBODY seemingly used the same parts...
