i'm new here but have been into audio since i was a kid. the audio community is pretty lame in Miami and i saw that there had been a meet in Fl in 2009. any plans for a 2012 meet?

thats not a problem. there's actually a ham radio fleamarket happening in orlando this Feb and i drive up every year for that. my issue is part of my job is to run laser shows at the miami planetarium. i've missed a few cool geek meets because they happened on the first weekend of the month. its tough to drive 4 hours after a long night of doing laser shows! something about the first weekend of the month seems to appeal to lots of folks and it kills me.
