Finally guys, !!!

finally ! i just received my first SANYO c9 that i been looking for 8 years, and it's fully working, just how i remember it from 81,  the seller didnt pack it good, the peanuts got smached so the unit was dancing inside the box which it was not sturdy,  thank god it made it in one piece, check the pics on the auction.

it looks stuning!, all shiny some dings here and there but over all , in great cosmetics,

the cassette mech looks inpecable super clean .

Exellent son....hey driptip....what do you think of the sound ????I diddnt think much of mine..but ill say this.....put a propper bass port in the back...(not holes it sounds much better) mine sounds wonderful with the best of jon and vangellis

Well this one sounds just amazing, with very nice bass, (w/the right songs ofcourse),

i dont think that it was used much, it looks clean all around with the stored electronics smell to it.

MMMMMMMMMMMMM that smell is worth it alone my friend....once again HUGE congrats bro....right im off to bed mate...night man peace out

i got the c3 and i love it but that c9 looks like it would blow it away..

i did see others on my 8 years waiting but some in bad shape and others really expensive, so this was the right one for me ,  125 dollars plus shipping , ill say not bad at all, i do remember seeing this radio at ZODIES (I think that was the name of the store) where i bought my first EMERSON in 1981, the c9 was right next to it, but it was way too expensive compared to the emerson, i remember trying it and sounding so nice and bassy, but money was an issue and i went fot the emerson.

On Google the photos of the C9 look exactly like the C7

But I bet it has more power & bigger woofers, right?

it has bigger woofers reli....apart from that they look identical to me

i also have the c7, i will be doing a comparo soon.
