can anyone quickly notice anything odd about my 8585 (apart from miissing switch up top) without comparing there own or googling one

remember i said it had a chunk missing chris,

i repaired it and wanted to see if the repair was obvious

its my first attempt at repairing the case on a box,here is the original damage..

good result mate !     i even cheated had a look found nothing

ok bison....now i have seen both picks i can see the repair....but that is because i have a 50"" background of your box hehe,,,,all i can tell though is a slight differance in colour......where the repair is....btw do you charge for 50"" walpapers......lol...btw when u gunna send me that box....just post it and give me the bill

50 inch telly!  my grounds man has one of those in his brew cabin

ive been on this box for the past two days..joy to work on..apart from putting filler in that hole on the front case,

i had to paint it black i had no color matched silver.

reno im on the rotel,tommorrow i will definately post pics for you,

heavy static on one channel though...

my bad bison....i thought the repair was on the door...not where you painted lol...shows how blind i am.....if i ever find a lady...something on her will need to be ""50... just for me to find it haha and it rimes with cat

err yup it is, its an ooovah keymatic, came out in 1960 (same age as me) its one of the most clever/frightening designed mechanical machines i have ever come across, so it is my favourite bit of british domestic appliance design
