There's this lady that comes into my work sometimes and sometimes she gives me boomboxes. Well, this is only the second time, but whatever. 

So she comes in today and said that she had another one for me. The first one was a bit... Lennox brand? So i wasn't really expecting much. But for free, i just accept the gift with appreciation.

So she comes back with a boombox covered in two plastic bags. I take a peek and see panasonic and got a bit excited. So i chat with her a bit and hook her up with a free four piece combo as a thanks. 

So what she gave me was a panasonic rx-ds750. In really great condition too. A bit dusty and missing both battery covers, but a fully working tape deck and the most convoluted 3cd changer i've ever seen. But it works. Sounds alright too. Pretty good for free, well, for the price of a four piece combo, so eight bucks. 

pretty good man, keep her happy, who knows one day might come in with a big m90.

It was pretty nice of her. There was even a tape in the deck. um, faron young's greatest hits. i never thought i'd find that on tape. 

How do you get a lady to bring you free boomboxes?  Please do tell, I would like to know the secret...
