I just found this from local store in Finland and since i dont know much about them but it got my interest when i saw it having turntable, i thought to ask first from here before i dump it somewhere since i dont have space to store this kind items. It works perfectly except tape2 rewind i think its poor belt there.

It worth as much as someone willing to pay, their is no set value.

i mostly wanted to know if someone seen it for sale before so it could give price estimate...as google/ebay search finds nothing about it.

Its a rebadged Amstrad by the look of it. Not worth much to be honest.

List it on US or German Ebay.  I bet it would sell for at least $200 if the turntable works.
