I have neglected it. Everything seems to work but when I play a record or tape I can only hear it slightly out of the right speaker. Any advice on getting his fixed? I think I've knackered them after a few too many parties. also looking for some new sliders if anyone is selling? I want to do this baby up. Thanks for your help!

Welcome Laura. Bredgeo makes replacement sliders and they're spot on. If you want to repair the VZ then I'd suggest getting the strip down instructions from boomboxery then dive in there! Check connections and clean the switches/contacts as a first step. The VZ is awesome so is worth the effort!

Hey! Thanks for the responses! I'm not sure I'm capable of fixing it myself! I'd be too scared but ill check it out. I was messing about with it last night and got sound out one of my speakers. I realised that if I held my finger down on the setting then it would work. Whilst doing this I managed to stick the tape function in and it won't come out now. When did these guys get so expensive by the way? Some maddie sent mine in the post for the grand total of 80 bucks! oh I live in glasgow.

They don't have to be expensive, picked my vz up a couple of months back for £30 tho it wasn't working and was minging. Now all running perfectly and pretty minty under the dirt. New sliders from Bredgeo and its good to go
