Yeah. Not sure if this has anything to do with that but I had the most difficult time trying to get parts shipped from Lasonicstore.com for my i931x model.

I left the box in my car and it got hot causing all the decals to peel off of it. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone after my pay-pal purchase on their website and had to threaten with an email to open a claim with Pay-Pal to refund my money because a week later they still had not shipped my item. Finally after that threatening email a response was heard the following day.

Good thing my parts came in today (Friday) because Monday I was about to report them. Maybe I caught them at a bad time. The email stated that they were rearranging their warehouse but now even their website is glitchy and crashes.

One good thing was that my parts were correct and they threw in a Lasonic Mouse pad and Refrigerator magnet. Guess it was worth the 2 1/2 weeks for my item to arrive.

Oh by the way folks, if you need decals apparently lasonicstore.com is the only place you can get them.......maybe you'll have better luck getting them to answer the phone (626)480-1218 or getting a reply via email. I searched the internet for a long time and couldn't find parts outside of their website.
