Elsound RT-4

Hey!
I used to be active on the old forum for a while years ago and I can't find my login info now.
The new page looks nice. Good to see that the awesome old photo albums are still around.
Anyway..
I found this thing in a thrift shop today and liked it so much I had to buy it. I thought it was a steal at 18 dollars
As you can see it's an Elsound RT-4.
I've never heard of this manufacturer and I was wondering if it might be a maker of generic products that were sold under different names. If anyone has info on the Company or model I'd appreciate it.
It's got a b/w Tv, a detachable walkman on the top and detachable speakers.
Except for static in the volume pot it seems to be in full working order and in pretty good shape.

Never seen that before. At a glance I would dismiss it as black plastic, low end and probably nasty but hold on a mo....
3 tapes???
That is pretty unique!
For that reason, I like it.

It actually feels surprisingly sturdy. Not at all as plasticy and light as my unisef branded Black box: http://img.photobucket.com/alb.../02-04-05_1307_s.jpg
Though I guess the weight might be partly from the cathode-ray tube of the TV.

wonder if it has a aka from another brand. Never seen that one either.
