I have one in my collection, it's a bit grim in terms of sound quality, don't know if they were all this bad.

Did Ferguson have any AKA's Seb? I don't think those things crossed the pond in that format before.

Yes they did, but I'm not sure they crossed the pond either. AKA's were - Thorn, Ultra, Marconiphone and HMV (His Masters Voice). It is possible that the Ferguson walkman pictured is a re-badged product from China or Japan (Maybe Goldstar) It would be interesting to find out!

Amazing..I've never seen any of those AKA's in Canada. It certainly would be interesting to find out if any manufacturer did export these to North America. Thanks for the info!
