Hello Everyone, it's been a long time. Does anyone know what happened to Jens Boombox Database ? I looked at a couple of posts here and they are from 2010.

Is there info on an updated version from Jen? Or any alternatives?

The Database was a searchable library of boomboxes in CD form produced by well-respected member Jens.  For personal reasons Jens has not been able to post on this site for over two years and subsequently not been able to produce updates of the database.  Also, it isn't something we can currently make available.  Many members bought a copy and maybe they could lend it to you.

was curious about an updated version. It's too bad about Jens because

his work is absolutely amazing ! Maybe a project for someone?...

Since i joined the forums many info about the bboxes

came from him (his posts)and always wondered where he is now!

This cd would be helpful for  me (for other collectors as well)

and if any mmeber has a copy

i would like to purchase one.

A boombox database is a wonderfull idea; I would love to have a copy if possible!

I'm sure a few members including myself have a copy but I'm not

sure of the legalities about copying and distributing Jens work.

Although it would be "not for profit" I would still need his permission

to do so. I think you would all agree.
