..its a sharp 919 the Japanese conterpart brother of the 777...i sold it to the producer of that video!....i knew that video was suppose to come out but didnt know when or if it was a music video...but its so cool...because its like a mini history how it was to have a box back then...well made thumbs up!!...and thanks for sharing Nevone!!

Is TDK trying to bring back the cassettes? Looks like a advertisement with new and empty TDK cassettes, not Nasir's ones:]. Enyway, very cool story. I remember those days, when we were recording stuff from underground radio broadcasts (waking up in the middle of the week sometimes at 3 a.m. just to record another full album), also stuff from tv casts. At the shops we could find only silly Euro-Techno, or other pop **** cassettes. But then came a CD, CDR, who killed MC, and almost killed the vinyl. Then mp3...I'm missing the cassette days
i was actually looking for news on the TDK boombox that is supposed to come out this year, cause i wanna buy one (anyone knows something about that?).
However, when i saw the vid i just had to share it with you guys...
Love that, really enjoyed watching and listening to that. Gonna check out some of the artists he mentioned, and see if I can find some of those early cuts by the tribe' fellas.
