Hey people..Some weeks ago member AK74 and me went out with the boomers again to start up the season.

weather is bad again tough but we had lot's of fun back then.

People stopped by..They were amused,fascinated or simply irritated

As allways, the first thing we did was visiting a local street-fashion-shop.We know the guys there and stopped for some small-talk.
The 2 Boomers in the back of the shop:



After that we went out of the mall and right to the next spot were we settled down for some hours.





We were pumping the classics and got some audience very fast!

Well..we are ready for the summer

So which age groups are more into the boxes, the kids or the older adults.

I'd say nearly every age was interested.

sure the smaller kids just loved the music and danced to it.
The teens knew about boomboxes and most of them liked them too.

The problem with older people is that most only know the radios made in the gdr from their youth.So i guess most of them were pretty amazed to see such big, funky SUCKER MC's
There was one guy ( i guess 40+ ) standing in front, smiling and shaking the head..for nearly 10 minutes

I guess this day was a good one as we did not got any bad faces on us.

Kid, a few of these demos performed around the world in conjunction with a few new boxes like the i931 and the Teac box (if they ever make it) could ignite a new box craze.
OK maybe that's an overstatement but it's an interesting thought.

Way to take it to the street guys! Did you string those two monsters together?

Yep..When we go out we usually connect one of our Pods via the FM-transmitter to both radios we take.
