Hi, not long after I started collecting, I watched a 1980's film which was set in a desert-type area in America, very sandy and dusty. Most of the people who were in the film were black. It was a proper ghetto-type setting, where people were struggling for money, I can remember it as if I watched it yesterday. There was one part in the film where the main characters went into an old electrical shop with '80s TVs and boomboxes EVERYWHERE. I remember the owner of the shop dropping something on a mint brown plastic TV and it made a crack or hole in the top. Someone might remember that in a film like this. There must have been over a hundred boombox sightings throughout the film, maybe a lot more. I remember a car pulled up somewhere and a guy opened the boot and it was full of big silver blasters, all different models and stuff. I also remember some woman sitting in a sort of box which you would have to collect money for going over a bridge or entering a car park. Some guy was talking to her and leaning into it. I didn't know what any of the boomboxes featured in the film were then, but I would now. I can't remember what it was called. The title was nothing obvious, I'm sure it was a two word title, and the first word was 'Just'. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's what it was. It was an amazing film, and an absolute must see for any boombox collector. Any help would be great here!

I spent a few hours the other night trawelling IMDB for this movie with zero result.
