Today seen the new film "Echte Wiener" in the cinema. It´s a film to the old serie in the 70´s.
"Mundl" is a 80 jears old man, living in a big block of the city vienna.
It is´nt enough to speak german, you must be born in Vienna to understand the different jokes in the film. Maybe only börny can.
In 2 sequences he is listening to a tape with a old song. Playing>rewind>playing>....
The neighbours get angry and shout: always the same crazy song. Shut up.
He answers: my song is´nt crazy, you are crazy. You fool....
The boombox must be a ERRES or aka.
The same i own.

In the middle of the film a childrens-gang walking throu the picture, one has shouldered a LASONIC 931 or comparing.
And in the hairdressers saloon a modern boombox is playing in the background:

Yes, it look so.
But it´s interesting: The label sticks only with 2 pins in the speakergrill! It can be removed without a trace.
But this was usual in Austria.
Some electronics became additional labels from the dealer.
Most known is "Funkberater Exklusiv".
The speakergrills are original in silver, the black paint is from me. There were so many scratches on it and i think black looks better to it...

This box i bought in the late 90´s at flea.
I was´nt collecting, but i took it because of expanded stereo. Like PHILIPS´Spatial.
It was´nt cheap when i bought it.
I spent about 300Schilling to it (~25euros).
But it was it worth!
I recorded a lot of tapes on it
When i searched for the label i found batteries in it!
Good luck, it did´nt leak!
Mundl would say: "Mei Kassettinger is net deppat"!
