i used to have one of those boombox, pretty slick, controls at the bottom like a piano type, would get pretty loud too, cd not working tho , got rid of it.

What was the battery life on that box Driptip using the CD only? I heard early CD models were brutal on standard batteries?

sorry Brutus, i never put batts in it, i wish i knew tho. 

I have one.....nothing special ...not that loud or bassy....sure is a looker tho...never tried it on bats ether....altho i do need to as we don't have the correct voltage over here
